OVERVIEW:

McDonald’s jump started customers’ day with Rise N’ Rave, a morning dance party in downtown LA on December 13th, inspired by the delicious Triple Breakfast Stacks, a breakfast sandwich created to conquer morning hunger and a big day.  We tapped into the popularity of EDM in the Asian consumer market for this event and invited Filipino American DJ Manila Killa to headline.

 

Over 400 guests attended the event, with some attendees showing up as early as 4:30AM. Interest around Rise N’ Rave was high with the Facebook event receiving over 1.3K RSVPs and over 2.8K fans interested in attending.

 

By partnering with popular pan-Asian media outlet NextShark and influencer group ISAtv, word spread quickly about the McDonald’s Rise N' Rave, fueling earned media and consumer interest. 

BUDGET: $50K

RESULTS:

The activation secured 40 placements and garnered over 6.7MM media Impressions with 100% positive tone across all stories.
